Microsoft may contact you near any issues y'all report." when I tried to transport an email. However the email was sent and it was received by a dissimilar hotmail account.

I never said I was unable to admission my mailbox. I am not sure where yous read that.
What I said is that I am constantly getting the message that "there is something wrong, please refresh. I get this anytime I try to look at a bulletin, clear a mailbox, etc. I am spending majoring of my fourth dimension refreshing Hotmail/Outlook.
I never had this issue before Outlook took over.
I can't answer about another browser because I only use Google Chrome.
I tin can't answer most using another computer because I only have the one laptop.
I tin't answer almost using other Microsoft accounts considering this one is the merely one I accept.
All I know is that I, and many others, keep getting the same message near 'something is wrong'.
I clear my cache, I make sure there are no issues on you main site, etc.
Please fix this-- I am not the only one.

I understand why you are asking the questions-- I was answering them. I was not disputing the reason you were asking.
All I questioned was where y'all got the idea I couldn't access my postal service-- I never had said that. I said I was being told something was incorrect-- that doesn't imply that I couldn't access mail.
As for other browsers I have no other browsers on my computer. IE viii/9 crashes many of the applications I utilise on the computer. Firefox is extremely laggy. I have only used Google Chrome for years.
